At GDHR Services, our dedicated recruitment managers work with you to ensure we get you the right candidate for the specified role. Here’s how we work together:

Step 1: UNDERSTANDING YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS

It is crucial in our process to truly understand the business of our clients and what they need and expect from our new found relationship. In order to do that, we schedule a brief consultation call with you. During this call, we aim to:

  • Understand what your company is about
  • Understand what services you provide
  • Understanding your company culture and who succeeds and fails within the company
  • Identify where your needs lie
  • Discuss the reason why that need exists
  • Discuss what the ideal outcome would be/what the ideal candidate would look like
  • Determine what needs to be done to satisfy that need and attain that outcome

Step 2: MAPPING

Once we have gained the understanding about your company needs, we implement our strategies for successfully mapping out candidates that we think will be a good fit for your company.

We utilize numerous avenues for mapping the most ideal candidate for you. Between our extensive network, our database, and the diverse sourcing websites we utilize, we are able to identify ideal candidates to be presented to you.

Once we have made our selection of candidates, we then engage in a series of pre-screen activities. During this pre-screen, our specialists dedicate time to dig deep and really get to know each candidate; their past experience, strengths and weaknesses that way we are confident in our delivery.  We then report back to you promptly with a list of potential candidates for your selection.

Step 3: SHORT LISTING

After a review of the candidate pool we have supplied to you, selections will be made for shortlisted candidates. Those candidates will be invited for a formal interview to be conducted by one of your representatives.

During this interview, the potential candidates may be assessed on their skills, strengths, knowledge, experience and their fit for the company at the discretion of your company representative.

Step 4: FINAL SELECTION

The final selection is made by your company upon meeting with the shortlisted candidates. The selected candidate is then notified by our recruitment managers of your intent to hire.

Step 5: THE FOLLOW UP

We reach out to you on occasion to check-in on the progress of the new recruit.
